I love painting...I'm bad at it too, and that's ok

Aren't you lucky? The truth is that I am terribly happy or "lucky" to know each one of you. I believe that God brings people in our lives at different seasons for different reasons. I believe God has placed it on my heart to have a way to connect to you and encourage you through His Word. Many of you I see only in the summer, some once a week, some never, some more than once a week. I wanted a way for us to be connected, somewhat, in this crazy world of technology and "connectedness" that sometimes leaves us mostly "unconnected".

His Canvas? Because I like to paint. Since God is our creator, I imagine him a painter too. He paints the sky everyday. He paints the leaves, the grass, the rocks and the trees. He paints the water, the sand, the mud and our skin. He is a painter of all of his creation. In his creation, we were created "by Him and for Him". Did you catch that? We were created FOR him. WE WERE CREATED FOR HIM!!! Of course we are "His Canvas". I paint for my own delight, he does too. Through His craftsmanship, he is glorified. He is given the credit.
